The Substance Use Coercion ECHO® Toolkit supports a 12-session curriculum (with an 8-session option) designed to build capacity and strengthen collaboration between domestic violence, substance use disorder treatment, recovery, and harm reduction fields. Using the evidence-based Project ECHO® model, the toolkit includes ready-to-use training materials, implementation guidance, and practical tools to improve the safety, access, and effectiveness of services for survivors and their families. It helps training facilitators fill critical knowledge gaps, adapt survivor-centered strategies to their context, and create sustainable cross-sector partnerships that enhance long-term systems change.
