This measure is for domestic violence/sexual assault program staff members. It is divided into two sections: one for all staff members and one for supervisors and program leadership. It collects information about staff members’ level of knowledge of ACRTI concepts, staff members’ competencies in providing ACRTI services to survivors and their children, staff members’ perception of the ways that their program supports them, and ACRTI supervisory practice. All questions ask staff members to rate their own ACRTI knowledge, competencies, and practices.
