This measure is for survivors aged 18 or over who access services at domestic violence/sexual assault programs. It asks survivors about ways that they have personally changed as a result of accessing trauma-informed domestic violence/sexual assault services. In addition, there are sections on how survivors’ parenting has changed, as well as their perceptions of changes in their children, because of trauma-informed domestic violence/sexual assault services. It is available in English and Spanish.
